Terms and Conditions Deliverance Network, including Jennifer Jessop and the volunteer team, are not medical or psychological advisers. Retreats are educational, without guarantees or warranties for specific outcomes. Participants are advised to seek medical advice before starting new exercise programmes and understand any advice from Deliverance Network does not replace professional medical consultation. Refunds and Liability: No refunds/credits for services, activities, or meals post-journey start, despite any non-use or cancellation. Deliverance Network isn't liable for personal injuries, deaths, property damage, or losses from accidents, cancellations, or delays beyond control. You agree that: (a) You may participate in some or all of the Activities. In doing so, you agree that you are to be responsible for your own actions and involvement in these Activities; (b) You will abide by any of the directions or instructions provided by the Provider before or during the Activities; (c) You are under no obligation to participate in or complete the Activities if you have any concerns or objections in doing so; (d) If you receive a safety briefing and during this brief Participants acknowledge outdoor activity risks, accepting Deliverance Network's non-liability for injuries/accidents. Content Usage: Participants consent to their photo/video use by Deliverance Network for promotional purposes, ensuring content won't negatively impact reputation/image. Cancellation Policy: 50% fee for cancellations within 60 days of the event. 100% fee for cancellations within 14 days of the event. Non-Disclosure: Confidential information from Deliverance Network mustn't be shared without consent. Materials provided are proprietary, protected under intellectual property laws; unauthorised use prohibited. Confidential information is Deliverance Network's exclusive property, used only as permitted.
